This has been so much fun. We get together once a month and complete our blocks. If you don't get finished, you at least get the technique so you can easily finish at home. We are starting another class in September.

Million Pillowcase Challenge

We still have our Pillowcase challenge going on. We have presented our first 50 Pillowcases to Potter's Clay. We are trying to get another 50 to Barb's House and HS City Police. Thanks to everyone who has participated and continues to do so.

THE GARDEN CAT COLLECTION!

You can't help but love the Garden Cat Collection. We will try to have a CAT Kit a Month ready for you! You will do a different one each month. Each cat is based on a vegetable--this is Gourdo! Can you guess what vegetable he is? I really like Stalker!! We are kitting "Eggplant PURR-meson" now. Note the "bling" on his toes. We now have the Glitzers and the Bling for sale---much to the protests of Julie!

Hickory Nut Hero!

On Saturday Jo Nell Moore visited us once again to show us her Queen Size Bed Spread made with our Large Hickory Nut---solely by hand. Designer Julie Schrader was so excited to see her vision become a reality!

Jo Nell said she would just cut them out, put them in a Zip Lock and when she had to go to the Dr. or any appointment where she would be waiting, she would finish a few more.

Thanks so much, Jo Nell, for sharing with us. We would not have missed it for the world!
