2/26 Tuesday is Judy's Sew In Day for Quiltworx Patterns. We needs a few more next week!
2/28 & 3/28 is Fractured Star and Fractured Paintbox. No one has signed up! Do you want to learn beginner paper piecing. This is the time to do it. If we don't have signup by Monday noon, the class will be deferred to a later date.
3/2 Mastery is Feet and Freemotion, Workbook 2. Please sign up to attend.
Advanced beginning quilting begins March 15. In this session attendees will learn Flying Geese, setting triangles, sashing and cornerstones, curved piecing and mitered boarders. We have seats available in the class in case you want to sign up. The cost is $100 (6 Fridays 1-3:30).
We have a binding class next Friday 3/1 afternoon from 1 to 3.
Are you unsure of how to apply bindings, or not satisfied with how they look when completed? This is the class for you! Learn how to make perfect, sharp corners, and how to finish the ends of your binding so that the finish is invisible. If you are thinking about entering a quilt in next fall's show this may be of particular interest.
Bring your sewing machine, an unbound quilt sandwich, your binding strips (2 1/2" or 2 1/4" recommended), thread, a walking foot (important!), and your usual sewing supplies.
