We hope you are enjoying the Labor Day weekend and getting a little rest. We certainly plan to take advantage of a few days off. The shop WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH.
Our post Labor Day event will be Fri & Sat, September 10 & 11. Here’s what to expect.
All regularly priced fabric and notions are 20% off! If you have been wanting those larger rulers, now is your chance – because they won’t fit into those bag lady bags!
All items having a sale price already marked will be an additional 20% off. That’s right – our 40% off bolts will go to 60% off!
We will have a mask required policy for these days and we will do our best to social distance and keep you moving around the floor. We are wiping and cleaning every day for your (and our) protection.

9/10 - Beginning Free Motion Quilting with Rulers FMQ w Rulers
9/11 – Mastery (Part II) Embroidery
9/14 – Tuffet Completion Day (We had the class but could not get our hands on the forms. We have them now and those who need the tuffets completed from the previous class – this is your day – so make sure your top is ready to go.)
9/16 – If you have not taken Westalee Ruler Class Continuum and want to – I think she is willing to sign up new folks since only one showed up and we will have to catch the others up too. Continuum
9/18 – Scrappy Chevrons / Mostly Red Quilts class with Sheryl White. I had failed to put it on the calendar, but it is ready for signups now. You can make it mostly blue or mostly yellow if you like! Scrappy Chevrons
9/20 – Barn Block Quilting Class – Block #4 BB#4 Quilting
9/21 – Sunshine Cove Embroidery Class (Class 1 & 2) – Most people have stopped coming so the two classes have been combined. If you are coming to sew with Barbara, please call and let her know.
9/25 – Open Sew Day and Potluck – (If you want to sew for charity, we have materials and machines here for you to use. Wanda always has something fun planned. Please bring a dish to share.)
9/26- Kimberbell Event – Spooky Soiree – We think those little hats are too precious! You have to come and participate in the Spooktacular event! Kimberbell Event
