February Inspire Wed ? 2/8

Hello Hickory Hill Quilts Fans!

In the Inspire sessions for Wednesday, we have 92 of the 98 people that have expressed interest signed up!  It will be a fun and exciting day.  A few things that could help us out.  Please let us check you in.  When you come in, make sure someone takes your name, gives you your badge with door prize ticket and asks if you are good for the next two months.

We, as employees, will park on the grass to facilitate more parking spaces.  We really only have 25 parking spaces available to the public.  As you can see with 30+ in each session.  Parking is an opportunity for us.  Please carpool when possible.  Arrive within 20 minutes of your starting time so that the previous session has time to depart.  We have one hour between sessions to check everyone out and reset the room.  PLEASE make plans to have lunch with friends and enjoy the day with your cars at an alternate parking location from the shop.  This will help us maintain a better flow in the parking lot. 

NOTE:  I have contacted ARDOT to request additional fill on our side of the drive.  They are trying for today or tomorrow!  I hope this helps.
